Greetings All,
I've read and read, and finally dived into ADB to the point of successfully rooting my new Tbolt and then applying the latest BAMF + Update; this all coming from a DROID X which I thoroughly enjoyed but wanted to root and play with it more easily.
I have a non-google acct (Mindspring) that I log in with to access my Google Calendar. With the DROID X I first added my Gmail account as a Google Acct. for phone setup, then when later adding my Mindspring acct as another Google Acct - the DX would automatically recognize it as a Google Calendar account and I could access my schedule as easily as pressing on the time widget. Now, with the Tbolt, not so easy. Actually, not doable at all.
I enter the GMail acct for initial setup, then try to add the Mindspring acct as a Google Account (which is it, but Calendar only) yet I get a kickback error message saying that I'm not using a Google account along with suggestions for creating one.
Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a fix or workaround available?
Thanks in advance.
JT
