4G in Louisville, KY?

I live in Southwest Louisville and have gotten no 4G signal yet, is it only available in downtown Louisville right now?

I live near 3rd and Central (by Patterson Stadium) and got 4G in my apartment about a week before Derby. It has crept south from the waterfront (the original Thunder 4G zone), but I don't think Louisville is officially listed as a 4G city yet. Definitely had a good 4G signal at Churchill for Derby while my friends got absolutely terrible reception on T-Mobile and AT&T
