How do I get the MAP for Samsung Galaxy S4 to reappear?

I accidentally selected "No" and checked "Do not ask again" when trying to MAP my S4 to Ford SYNC. How do I get the MAP message to reappear again? Thank you in advance.

I'm guessing here, hold your Home button, select "task manager", look in the "clear default" tab. Might be there..
