My wife has a regular phone (no data plan at all). Verizon email shows you can upgrade to a smartphone if you haven't upgraded in 180 days which she hasn't. And she would get the $100 to use on acc. or the bill. She is interested in the moto D3.
Question: if she decides that she doesn't want to pay $30 anymore for data can she activate another dumbphone and not pay data anymore or is she obligated to the extra 30 for 2 years.
