I got my s3 in July and I never really paid much attention to my new tiered data plan (came from an iPhone 4 with unlimited data) the other day my wife calls because our bill seemed a little high. They go over it and turns out Verizon gave me the corporate email data plan that is 45$ instead of 30.im a press operator and I can tell you I don't need corporate email. So she asked if we could get a credit and at first they were going to just credit one month but then she asked if they could go all the way back since it was in there error. Luckily and to my surprise they did as well as change my line to the right one. If you recently upgraded double check your bills so you can avoid this issue.. Wish I had caught it sooner but at least they fixed it!
