VZW app not updating data usage

After opening app last update is from 2:41 am. It's now 5:30'ish pm. Has shown 2:41 am since early this morn. Rebooted my phone no change. Any ideas how to get current update?

Also shows 8% remaining on app icon but open app says 22% remaining.

You could try reinstalling the widget (if that's what you are talking about) or the app itself. I know I recently switched plans on VZW and my phone then notified my the app/widget I had installed did not work with that plan and to use a different one. You could also try signing out of the app and signing back in to see if that will reset it.
