i just switched services, and i can use google voice/grove ip on my new phone, but when i go to google.com/voice and click the call button it says phone 1: my old # or google voice. how do i change that to my new number?

go to voice.google.com on a PC browser and click the gear icon to change settings, you have to add a new phone & verify it like before.

The above changes your old phone #, Groove IP uses the Google Chat forwarding option, and signs into that. So as long as you forward to google Chat (and don't have another Gchat session on a different computer/tablet/phone), then it should forward to your phone's Groove IP.
