Cannot boot to ROM, Stuck on TWRP

Device : Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S

After I install Custom ROM, Firmware + Vendor, and GAPPS with method given by getdroidtips. Then I reboot to system via TWRP. At first, it shows MI Logo. Then the screen went black, after then it shows MI Logo again, after then, it shows TWRP instead of The Custom ROM boot.

Before, i have installed Pixel Experience > Havoc OS > dotOS. Then i want to go back to Havoc OS but i faced this problem.

(edit: I had do factory reset and reflash the rom, but the same thing happened)

Is there a solution for this ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Solution: Format Data and Reflash ROM and any other necessary materials

Welcome to the forums. Try a factory reset in TWRP, then reflash the ROM one more time.

Did you make a backup of the last working ROM?

Have you formatted data to remove system encryption by typing "yes" on the keyboard?

Have you contacted the ROM developer?
