Black Ops 3 PS4 "Play Online" blue screen?

[AC Question]

Hi. So I know that this is an ANDROID forum but I don't know any other places to post this other than Yahoo Answers. I have Black Ops 3 on the PS4 and one day I decide to play multiplayer. When I press X on "Play Online", this blue menu pops up that I think is part of a PlayStation Store menu. (It looks like one). It just stays blank on this menu forever or unless I press O, which brings me back to the previous screen from which I selected "Play Online". This happened once before but it fixed itself. Weird huh? Both my Black Ops 3 and PS4 are fully up to date. Please help me find a fix for this, and am I the only one who is even experiencing this?
