Hudl wifi locked

Hi I have a hudl which has worked perfectly for one month, however I have lost connection to my wi fi and there is a padlock symbol next to he wi fi logo. I have searched the hudl advice site for locked wi fi with out success I would be grateful for any help. Thanks

So you are able to turn on WiFi, but can't connect to your specific home connection? Or can you not turn on WiFi at all?
