Captivate Glide Battery Fully Charged But Shuts Down

[AC Question]

My Captivate Glide will have a full charge, but when I'm using my phone, I get the warning that my battery is critically low and it goes into shut down. After a few minutes I will power back up and I have a full battery. Suggestions? Anyone?
