bad calls reception

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung note (fist generation) and I started to have problems with call reception (sound voice chopped), I've change the SIM to another android phone and the reception quality is ok, therefore I'm thinking I'm having a problem with the phone functionality......is there any way to fix it?

Can you see how snugly the SIM is seated in the Note's slot? Maybe there's a problem with the connections.
