losing email from PoP3

[AC Question]

I thought that this problem had been resolved with the 4.4.2 upgrade.... apparently not, or I am doing something really wrong. My email will appear breifly then dissapear, never to be heard from again. Still on my desktop, but the phone deletes all of them randomly. Very aggrivating!
LG G3 ver 4.4.2 Cox POP3 server, outlook account. (delete from server unchecked...ask before deleting is checked)
Any fixes or suggestions?

What app do you use? if it is an outlook account I suggest you to install the outlook app. Or perhaps try the gmail app where you should be able to add an outlook account.
