Why can't I get a ring tone but not a ring back tone on my Moto G phone?

why can i get a ring tone but not a ring back tone on my moto g phone

I have a moto g verizon cell phone i can purches a ring tone but can not find it any where on my fone. then i try to purches a call bck tone it has an error 115 or it says i need to call the 800 number to get it my service set up and when i do they dont under stand

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you purchase the ringtones from? Did you use a ringtone app like Zedge? Did the ringtone download?

You can often find ringtones for free. I've found some decent ringtones on the Zedge site, downloaded them to my computer, then transferred them to the Ringtones folder of my phone. And remember, they don't have to be ringtone files per se--any mp3, wav, or ogg file can be used as a ringtone.
