I just got the note 4 it's so slow how can I fix this?

Galaxy note 4, slow. I go on a site like ebay and it won't load all the pictur ed as I scroll down. It just runs and runs. I'm connected to my home wiFi and show all the bars and 3 l Ines in the signal picture. I obviously don't know anything about phones, but I don't download any games and I do is window shop on oine. So go on eBay or in a shop that's it. Help. I had the note 2 and loved it so I'm familiar with the layout of this one.

Have you tried the phone on mobile data with a SIM in it?

Its probably from your internet connection. Even if you have three bars, your connection is probably slow.
