Why i can't deactivate the headset mode?

I have nokia XL dual sim, and the headset mode is on. i can't deactivate the mode.

Welcome to Android Central! Check your headphone jack and make sure there isn't any debris in there. Use a damp toothpick or cotton swab to clean it out, or a can of compressed air to blow it out. Also make sure that your Bluetooth isn't on with a Bluetooth headset lying nearby.
