why is my htc always say, error while retrieving rpc:s-7:aec-0, when downloading apps

i am trying to download apps for my new htc from google apps like facebook.

Go to SETTINGS...APPS...ALL....GOOGLE PLAY STORE...choose CLEAR DATA and try again. If that doesn't work you can delete your Google account on the phone and add it again or...worst case try a factory reset.
