    every time i open viber my phone turns off, I've tried to uninstall it but it wont let me, it switches off when I try, it works ok on my laptop & tablet.. thanks

    Welcome to the forums. You are trying to uninstall how? Through Settings>apps?

    yes Golfdriver, through apps, but when i try its shuts down. and now it's saying viber has stopped working

    Maybe clearing the data then removing the app? Aside from that, the only thing I can think of to do is a reset.

    Thanks Golfdriver97, may have to resort to that. I think it followed a viber update.not sure but it's so annoying after years on viber. just wont let me uninstall thanks again.

    just tried to reset but phone turns off as soon as i try anything like that, all other apps work as normal. could be a phone problem or a bug ??? I doubt it !

    You just tried to reset your device through Settings>back up and reset
