Samsung Note 4 on EE, why aren't I receiving calls since the Lollipop upgrade?

Samsung Note 4 on EE not receiving calls since lollipop upgrade

My Note 4 does not receive calls since upgrade to lollipop. All calls are diverted to voicemail. However, I can make calls and send and receive texts. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm having the exact same problem although it's not all the time? Did you resolve your issue? Thanks
