my s5 battery sticker turned pink but phone sticker is white

The battery is pink and behind the battery the sticker for the phone is white its turns on and charges normal but it vibrates and screen starts telling me to insert a sim card and tells me about my apps is my battery damage or the phone itself.

Welcome to Android Central! The sticker tells you if there has been water exposure, but not necessarily if there's water damage. Do you have a SIM card inserted? If so, then have you tried a different SIM?
