I can't seem to upload videos to facebook or instagram

When I take a video on my own LG G3 and then try to post it to Facebook or Instagram...it cuts off half of the picture...cuts my head off. when I try to upload or share my photos to Instagram or Facebook from the google folder it comes up with a "we could not process this video." I can't seem to get anyone from instagram to email me back and the people at the Sprint store can't seem to find a solution. I am ready to give up on Androids.

I am not a big instagram or facebook user, but have you tried uploading over wifi instead of cellular? It could be something in how the video is getting compressed during the upload. Sorry, if I am not much help on this one.
