When I first got my G3 I had transferred over my music and some videos I had from my iTunes account. One of those videos was a movie about Iwo Jima. When I went to play it, a pop-up showed saying that there's no sound.
Well now, about a year later, I try to retransfer the video to see if there'd be any sound. Still none.
It's a MPEG-4 file so I'm not sure why the sound wouldn't work. Any ideas or help as to what I can do to get the sound back?
