HELP to unistall app!

I installed an app called instant memo but it keeps popping up with adds and videos I have tried to find the app on my phone but it seems to have disappearebut it is deffinatley still on the phone as the memo thing pops up when i turn my phone on i have treid to locate the app on google to unistall i found it but it says no longer available PLEASE HELP

Can you locate the app in the play store, and uninstall it from there? if not then you should look at performing a factory reset to bring your phone back to it's original state. The pop up sounds similar to a virus.

If you do perform a reset, make sure you back your data up first.
