Hello, I've tried Google to find an answer but haven't found one that works for me. Maybe someone here can help. 
I can't seem to get the calendar icon to show the correct date every day but can't figure out why not.
I have an LG G3 VS 985 from Verizon running Android version 4.4.2. It's rooted and running build number KVT49L.VS98512B.
The launcher is Nova Prime version 4.2.2.
The calendar program I'm running is DigiCal with the Plus key) version 1.6.4. I've tried other calendars that support dynamic icons but those didn't work either.
I have the Moonshine and the Clix icon packs.
The default DigiCal icon doesn't have a date on it but I've tried a couple of different icons with dates on them from a couple of different icon packs and while the icon shows the date, it doesn't change the next day.
Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing? From what I've read so far it should work but it doesn't. Any advice? Thank you in advance!
