How can I stop my galaxy s6 from deleting my emails from the server without me doing anything?

Also, how can I load old emails in the default email app on android marshmallow? I can only see about 10 emails at a time. When I receive a new email, the oldest one displayed in the inbox gets deleted automatically. If I log in through my computer I won't be able to see that email. I bought a plane ticket a week ago and I had the confirmation email there. Now I can't find that email because it's deleted. My email is set up with Microsoft Exchange Active Sync.

You should set up the email connection as IMAP. Pop3 auto deletes emails on server.
