Note Edge OUGOING CALL PROBLEM Randomly

[AC Question]

When i press call a second later it just shuts off the call, i then have to call AGAIN to make it work so it does not shut down call screen sometimes 3 times, this is ALL RANDOM WTF

Hi, does this only happen when making outgoing calls? does it reset at any other intervals? have you considered performing a factory reset on the device?
