I think they turned that off yesterday. You can still access you files etc it seems. If you find the app and it doesn't give the option to uninstall, then you can't. Force stop or disable may be an option. Otherwise just ignore it unless it gets annoying with popups. You can deny all permissions and notifications and that should keep it quiet...
