Your phone has an IMEI number that you cannot change.
Your phone as a telephone number. You can talk to your carrier about changing that.

Your phone as accounts to different services. Each account has an ID that you or someone else picked. You may or may not be able to change the ID. You need to contact the service provider for more details about that specific account.

I am not sure what you mean by "Motorola ID address".
