Can no longer Receive Calls from fallen Samsung Galaxy s5

Hello all. My Samsung Galaxy s5 fell and the screen no longer works. However, I was able to receive calls and answer via my headset. Now, I can no longer receive calls however, my phone still charges. Another thing is when I plug in my phone on my computer it does not show up whether or not I have my memory card. This did not happen after the fall. It seems that ti is deteriorating. If I replace my screen will this issue be resolved then?
