Now that the Razr HD/Razr Maxx HD is getting JB, what about the original Droid Razr?

It's been widely reported that the original Razr/Maxx are both getting JB. Not just rumors either, as Moto itself is claiming such. Hopefully they roll it out sooner than later but my guess would be the first months of 2013 at the earliest. I'd be pleasantly surprised if it came sooner.

I wouldn't expect it offically until at least April or May which by then we will probably have a newer version of Android that everyone will be craving! Of course if you are willing to put a little work into it you can have JB on your Razr (Maxx) today! Just use Matt's Utility to root, then install SafeStrap and flash to your heart's content!
