Why can't I connect o wifi?

Can't connect to WiFi

I cannot connect to wifi. All of a sudden my wifi stopped working. I even did a factory reset on it and nothing. There is no wifi addresses showing to try to connect to. When you try and turn it on the button slides over to on but its grayed out and in the middle of the screen it says turning on and that's all it does. I have had no prior issues with wifi. It's always worked fine.

I have the same problem with my starmobile jump max 4.4.2 version it happens to me all the time but What I do is turn off my phone and wait 15 seconds before openning it again, And open my wifi setting and turn it on again then my WiFi starts searching for an available network when an available network appears I click it after typing the password, press connect and just after 5 seconds I'm connected already "my problem solve"
