Use T-Mobile Jump insurance with Nexus 5 purchased from Google Play?

I recently bought my Nexus 5 through googleplay. Would my jump ""insurance"" still work on this device?? since i didn't purchase from tmobile?

Unfortunately, this is only applicable to phones financed through their Equipment Installment plan.
