Went into the play store this morning and it looked like this, is this the norm for anyone else?

Mine doesn't. Try clearing your cache on the Play Store.

I just tried and it loaded the same. Also do u have a home page? That's what mine looks like as soon as I open the app.

Google sometimes previews new UIs and features to a select group of people, so that might be what's going on.

Yeah not a huge deal just looks strange. Kind of half baked but it still functions.

Recently Google just announce they will do some minor UI changes to the Play Store, so I believe you are part of the lucky person who get it first~
