    Default Noob question.

    Ok i know that using wifi doesnt use your carrier data but i noticed that even when using wifi the at&t one x still shows the current network type. As in it shows the wifi symbol and also the 4g,4glte,or 3g one as well. On my old phone on sprint,if i was on wifi it only showed the wifi symbol and the network one was not present. So my question is if im using wifi on the one x,am i still using data from my data plan.?

    No, you are using Wi-Fi. It still stays connected for voice, and data in case Wi-Fi bombs.you are good mostly it looks like that since it doesn't use separate icons for voice connections.
