Emails not sync-ing with server on G2?

Hey,
I've had my G2 for a few months and haven't been able to suss out this issue, I'm using the default email app and when I read/delete/do anything with emails on my phone it doesn't show when I login online and vice versa if I do something online it won't show up on my phone.
I'm using hotmail.co.uk email accounts and I wondered if anybody knew a way around this which doesn't involve the (incredibly ugly!) Outlook app?!

I'm afraid the default app is pretty weak. I don't know if any app will do all you want, but maybe try aqua mail...it does do some syncing but I don't know if it does with hotmail

I had the same issue with the stock LG email app and deleted it. I am now using an AOSP email app that is ok.
