LG L5 II won't turn on after failed software update

Hey guys; so basically my problem is that yesterday my phone said that there was a software update so i decided to go ahead and install it so it downloaded and then when it was time to install it it got stuck on 67% for an hour so i took off the battery and put it back in but after that it wouldn't turn on again, i tried plugging it in the computer and it gives me an "uknown" error, it wouldn't recognize it. It doesn't let's me put it in recovery mode or download mode or anything; i didn't root it or anything like that, please help i've tried everything and nothing makes it work not even the little vibration that happens when you try to turn it on happens.:''(

Since the carrier sent you the update, and it damaged your phone, it's their reliability. Bring it in and ask them to please fix what they broke.
