Street View on Maps show blank screen after latest update[Maps]

Yup no more Street View for me unless I uninstall the updates, which has offline maps and numerous updates on navigating. So far I tried uninstalling updates then reinstalling them, restart, clearing cache. Nothing works so far. I won't do a factory reset, not for this, but I'm all ears for any other suggestions. Do any of you experiencing this? I know this periodically affects Chrome users but that's a different story.
