Moto X - Gallery vs Photos

I am finding the fact that the camera defaults to Photos to immediately view pictures as a very limiting feature. How can I go back to making Gallery the default viewer?

I am finding the fact that the camera defaults to Photos to immediately view pictures as a very limiting feature. How can I go back to making Gallery the default viewer?

Settings -> Apps -> (Menu) Reset app preferences

The next time you switch from the camera to your pictures it will ask you if want to use Pictures or Gallery and allow you to set Gallery as the default.
