ok so recently my Droid 3 hasnt been able to send or recieve picture messages.

ive read through alot of posts about how to ix this and ive tried lots of things.

my data connectivity IS turned on an all of that.

i just cant figure out whats wrong.

i really dont want to have to reset my phone so if anyone knows whats up with it.... please let me know.

You can try installing the app Verizon Messages from the Play Store.

I'm not sure for the D3, but for a lot of VZW phones, installing this and running it clears up text/MMS issues. Generally you can then uninstall the app and things are fine.

If that doesn't fix it, try calling Verizon tech support and see if they can check your account to see if there is something that they can do on their end to reset your messaging. I've had that happen to me with an old phone a long time ago.

I had this issue and it was resolved by re-programming my phone. To do so dial *228 and then press 1 (). You should be good after that
