Why can't I install droid zap on my droid turbo 2!

[AC Question]

Zap will not install on my turbo 2. Had it installed but some update removed it. Did everything Google play support said to do and still won't install. Error code 505.
Please help

Welcome to Android Central! Are you installing from Google Play Store? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.


If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.

I'm having the same issue and yes I'm using the Play Store. Zap was on my phone when I purchased it but its suddenly gone. This seems to be an issue because its not the only app that has disappeared. Its also not storing my photos to my SD card like it was and my carrier can't figure out why.
