some issues regarding..

my phone has been fine for the 3-4 months up until these passed few days. when i wake up in the morning, all my apps don't work. facebook, twitter, and a bunch of others just sit there refreshing(red circle keeps spinning). i have to keep trying refresh in the app and it eventually updates after 10 minutes worth of trying but its becoming a hassle. anyone know a fix for this? so in short, when i go to bed my phone is fine but when it sits there idle as i sleep it seems to get all whacky and when i wake up, nothing can refresh. thanks.

I guess I'll start off by asking if a restart fixes this issue?

it does but its just a hassle to restart my phone every morning.
