Phone does not charge to 100% after custom kernel

I have recently rooted my galaxy note 4 (sm-n910f) and flashed the emotion kernel with twrp. Everything went smoothly however the only problem I have now is that my battery will not hold a 100% charge. Whenever I have it charged up to 100%, I will unplug it and it will instantly drop to 99%. and then quickly drop to 98% and so on until in evens out around 95%. I've tried callibrating the battery but no luck. I have also tried a different battery but that did not work either. The battery also seems to die a bit quicker. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Flash the stock kernel. Also, you posted this in the wrong thread.

Thank you, I backed up the stock kernel but it seems to have been deleted. Is there a way I can download it from somewhere? Also I am sorry, I am a bit new to the forums. Which is the correct thread?
