Help with my Google chrome problem

So, I just got my new 10.1 and when I use Chrome, the top part of the browser that includes the address field and the tabs shakes up and down continuously and nothing I've tried seems to fix it. The rest of the page is fine, just the top portion. Its so annoying and I really love using Chrome.

Any ideas on this?

What have you tried to fix it?

I've tried disabling it, force stop, clear cache, etc.

I haven't done a factory reset, was hoping to avoid that...

I would report it then. Open Chrome>click the 3 dot menu>Click help and feedback>click feedback at the bottom. Send the report.
