Why has my Volte configuration menu stopped?

volte configuration menu has stopped

Korean Samsung Note 5. Wgen I insert sim i get the following message: "Volte Configuration Menu has stopped". Cant get rid of this,window. Without sim card everything works andcwith sim card it receives calls but cant get rid of message to use phone. How do I disable volte in Samsung note 5

Hello I have the same problem with my Corean Galaxy note 4 S LTE-A (SM-N916L) . I would like to know if your problem is solved, and what the solution. THANKS
