Help please....Key tap vibration and sound.

Hello everyone, hope someone can help me.

Ive had this phone for just over 2 weeks now.
I have always kept the key tap vibration and sound turned on. The other day I started to send a txt and noticed I right away they were not working.
So I went to look and make sure I didnt somehow turn them off by mistake. But I didnt both are still turned on. And both still not working. Well at least when typing this out.
Let me explain, i keep a password on my phone, when i type on the pin screen there I get both sound and vibration. I dont get sound or vibration when sending txt msgs. Typing on the fourms here now.

Anyone know whats going on? Did i turn something off? Please help.

Is your phone on silent mode?

Nope. It is turned off.

....or maybe check the settings of whatever lock screen app you use

Power savings is turned off.
I dont use an app just the included software under the security settings for my lock screen. I dont notice anything in there that might help this issue.

i have no idea then man sorry ive never used the stock lock screen. hope someone can help ya
