Unroot help?

So i dropped my Galaxy s6 just before which resulted in the smallest crack, and that crack happened to completely destroy the LSD screen, i have warranty on the phone with my carrier but due to obvious reasons, they wont fix it for free if they see that nice old message on boot saying my phone has been rooted, can i unroot my phone to hide the fact that i have done it in the past? would be the difference between paying nothing and paying $300 (massive charge for such a small scratch lol.)
