HELP Major Problems with Tab 3 10.1

A couple weeks ago out of the blue several google apps started to crash. Then the tab started to randomly shut down. So I checked the status in the settings and it said the device status was "custom". Which is strange since I AM NOT ROOTED!!!! So I did a factory reset. After that every was good for about a week when google apps started to crash again. And the device status was custom once again. Did another factory reset on Sunday. And now the tab is constantly shutting down on me. NOT COOL!

Hmm, if factory reset didn't fix it, then I'd fear some hardware problem, possibly with your internal storage. You may want to try to reset and upgrade and then re-install apps a few at a time instead of doing some type of backup/restore (if that is what you did). Keep the micro-SD card removed ( if you had one).

If it keeps happening, your options may be to send in for repair, or try a custom rom.
