Screen rotation. First one was defective right out of the box without ever putting it on the charger. Second one stopped rotating after a fast charge.

I returned my 2nd defective Edge and got a refund instead of a 3rd replacement. So I'm out $80 for the restocking fee and a case. I'm not sure if I'll revisit the phone in May. This has been really frustrating :(

Bubbles under/in the screen and camera. Make sure Screen Rotation works. Dead pixels in the screen. Scratches on the screen/phone right out of the box.

I returned my phone due to the screen rotation issue. I haven't had time to do a good battery review on the new phone but it looks like it's going down about 1% an hour.

There's a 2 page thread on this issue in the Edge section. My phone's screen rotation hasn't worked since it was delivered, so I have to get a replacement. Some people have suggested that a factory reset works but not always. Try a factory reset.

There's already a thread about the screen rotation issue, so check it out. So far the only solution is to get the phone replaced at the store, which isn't a solution since someone reported getting a second phone that stopped rotating.

Fully charged at 11pm with WiFi on. 9 hours later at 8am I have 95% left. Even had a couple apps update through the night. Verizon, 64gb.

Does that mean it's a hardware error?

Took it to VZ, confirmed it's defective. They're out of stock though so I have to call VZ and get a replacement myself :(

Went to VZ after work. I walked in and announced that my screen didn't rotate. The 3 employees looked at me like I was retarded and said, "You have to turn Screen Rotation on." Then one of them took the phone and tried... Failed lol.. He passed the phone off to another genius and he couldn't...

Got the phone yesterday. The screen won't rotate. Yes, screen rotation is turned on. Camera, apps, everything just stays in vertical mode. Anyone else?

For me it was. Pre-order, new contract, through verizon not best buy or an other third party.

Mine is stuck in normal, vertical mode. Screen rotation is on too, yet the camera and apps won't go horizontal.

Seems like it's just a few complainers on this forum who have had their phone for one day. I'm sure it's probably just caused by something silly like people leaving automatic updates on, GPS, notifications, email retrieval constantly instead of every few hours, etc.

Verizon just charged my credit card for the pre-order... Let's hope that's a good sign!

Am I the only one who has a digital receipt that states it will ship "by" 4/10 and not "on"?

My receipt says "Ship by 4/10/15", so one can only hope "by" makes it a possibility :)

I just ordered the black 64gb Edge with a new contract (Verizon). Ship BY date is 4/10/15 on all the paperwork.
