Phone keeps locking up

My Atrix is completely stock, not rooted or anything like that. Haven't installed any new apps in at least a week. Yesterday it started locking up on me. The light flashes green, but you cant get it to do ANYTHING unless you pull the battery. It has done this 3 times in the last 12 hours, guess who is taking a trip to ATT today?

This actually just started happening to me today as well. It has happened twice today and it wont let me wake the phone up. Let me know what ATT tells you.
