help not getting update. why

When I check for the update it says there is no update and I have the current version. everybody else is getting the update but me is something wrong with my settings ?

At&t, in a nutshell, told me to call HTC. I believe it is a matter for At&t.

I just got off the phone with AT&T about an hour ago. They said that HTC is only allowing 10,000 downloads per day. This is most likely due to server overload issues. Gotta wait for tomorrow I guess and hope we get lucky. :/
